I ordered a move of my apartment, where I clearly read in the conditions that 3 workers always have to come, I would like to point out 3 workers again. On the day the move started, I sat down on a chair and had the movers move, but after about an hour and a half I realized that they were doing very slowly (unfortunately our 5 moves, so I already have experience) and so I started concentrate. Two gentlemen came and took one chest of drawers of 30-40 kg, which entered the elevator and was already wrapped from us, after about 20 minutes they came back and took another, etc .. I already found it strange and so I went to look at the balcony , where I saw after 10 minutes they took another thing, how the same movers load the mentioned chest of drawers into the car, but 3 workers nowhere .. it was too much for me and I called the owner and I politely asked him if they should not be on 3 workers moving and that it occurs to me that the move takes them, because logically it is better for 3 people (again the experience of moving, where 4 workers came last) and the owner, he approached me in an arrogant and raised voice about what I like and that he absolutely doesn't understand what I'm discussing with him and what I want from him and how can I say that moving takes time, that they are professionals, etc .. Don't get mad at me, but if I order a service where it's clear in terms that 3 workers are to come, so 3 workers are to come. The Lord then began to explain, again in an arrogant voice, that they had a morgue and could not do otherwise, but yes they could, when you are such professionals, as follows, it was enough to let you know in advance that two workers will come and that you apologize otherwise and that the price of moving will unfold accordingly, because the gentleman could not even understand that I expected it to be faster, so now I will demand a different price for moving if the conditions stated on the Internet were not met. The fact that the master then apologized in the text message that he should not have behaved in this way was too late. So I started moving from 12 o'clock, because otherwise we would have done it until the evening. Since it was done in 3 people it has been possible, everything by hand. Addition: I went through the calculation you mentioned and it really isn't written anywhere there. Instead of apologizing for not actually following what you have clearly written in the terms, you will dig around you, exactly as you appeared on the phone. Not to be completely unfair, the movers were great, unfortunately they just lacked a partner to hand, but you probably already know that.

The agreement on the date and execution of the download went smoothly. The movers themselves were polite, willing and managed to move relatively quickly. Communication with the company was very pleasant. Great satisfaction.
