Mrs. Beránková did not convince me by my action that she is a man to whom I would like to entrust my teeth, which I have only until the end of my life. She refused to explain to me what she wanted to do before the procedure. And at the same time, she told me she didn't have time to discuss my health with me. Very arrogant behavior that culminated with every question of mine. Among others, MUDr. Beran, after my polite request to comment on my X-ray picture, just ironically and pinching her eyes, she said, "we're looking at an X-ray." Unfortunately, I no longer received any expert commentary. here, in more detail what I experienced with Mrs. Beránek: In the preventive examination, I was first treated with a large X-ray followed by a small local X-ray of all parts of my teeth. (No one looked until I asked the doctor) After X-rays, Dr. Beranek examined my teeth and then told me that everything was fine and free of defects. So I told her if she was sure. She said yes. I told her I think I have a problem with the high chairs on both sides and I'm afraid I have a decay. Finally, I persuaded her to go to see the X-rays she made (duplicate about to be able to invoice more for the insurance company) then came back that I have 4 flaws in my mouth (maybe 5 I don't know exactly - it was a significant number) and ordered me for 3 months later on drilling. Before that, however, I should go to her private office to clean the tartar. Who does not know, tartar cleaning is covered by the insurance company and routinely carried out by your MUDr. - Dentist. However, there is no university staff in a private dental office. At the same time, the insurance company does not cover the treatment even though it would pay the same treatment if it was performed by MUDr Beránková. Dental hygiene costs you 900 CZK for about 40-60 minutes, when it cleans your tartar and teaches you to use dental and interdental brushes. After dental hygiene, I visited Mrs. Beránková's office where I had to drill 4-5 teeth. She gave it a generous 30 minutes. Ordered at 9:30. I went to the surgery at 9:45 and left it 10 minutes later, at 9:55. The doctor sat me down and I was going to inject local anesthesia. Did I start communicating with her what she would do today? How will it begin and to what extent? The doctor did not completely manage the human side of the matter, repeated my question if I wanted to inject anesthesia and I reiterated that I would like to discuss what we will do today. In short, what followed: Mrs. Beránková did not want to answer me, she told me something in the sense that I was going to drill my teeth and either I believed her or not, but that she had no time to explain to me what she was going to do or not or why. And if I want to drill my teeth, let me stab anesthesia or go away. I explained to her that since she overlooked all my flaws and came to them after my multiple warnings, I'd like to know exactly where the flaws are and how specific she wants to solve - who is planning to drill and who doesn't plan to drill. Mrs. Beránek explained to me that by asking her we have lost a lot of time and can not treat me today (it was after 3 minutes) followed by a discussion, when she explained to me how flaws she had not overlooked, but that she was looking at X-rays only after that what the patient leaves and then calls him if he has caries or has no flaws that he doesn't do when he has the patient with him (a rather interesting procedure) Anyway, I ended up saying she didn't have time to explain to me that she was a doctor and either he will do his job (drill his teeth) or find another doctor. That he had no time to discuss half an hour. Finally she told me that she wasn't interested in me as a patient asking for her health. After less than 10 minutes I left the office. Perhaps Dr. Beránková may know what she does not. EVERYBODY CANNOT, OR DO NOT COME TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE. This is my conclusion, which confirmed me and myself. If you want a drilling robot and a misdiagnosis of flaws - let's go to Mrs. Beránek. I personally do not care for such a doctor and I do not recommend it to you either.

Dental hygiene absolutely great. Very good lady hygienist, showed, explained how to clean properly. After sandblasting, the pigmentations are the ones that were the main purpose of my visit.
