Due to the negotiations, I probably do not recommend the manager (I have no idea what her position really is). The conduct of this person is at least unprofessional, offensive and especially from a small complaint for 80 CZK, I had the feeling that I was solving a complaint about goods for several thousand. Unnecessary comments, warnings and the meeting itself were a bit off. I didn't understand it at all. I dealt with the situation in peace, the money was returned to me, I no longer even thought about buying new goods for exchange. I will not return to this store, what if I just wanted to return something that is non-functional. I could also be stoned.
