The bouquet for 1500 was a real disappointment. Bad agreement and communication when arranging delivery, when the man wanted to deliver the bouquet in the morning, which was a problem, as a result of the surprise from the bouquet, there was no surprise, because I was told on the phone that it was a bouquet. Personally, when asked what it is about the client, I would say a nice and nice surprise, I would definitely not reveal, but on the contrary, I would lure him to be curious and looking forward to it. I think that delivery and overall such work should be done by people who have at least a smile on their lips and not someone with a bad mood and arrogant unpleasant demeanor, I actually felt that I could be happy at all that the bouquet was delivered to me 🤷 ‍♀️ Since I couldn't as soon as the lady called me, she wasn't entirely pleasant, when I asked her on delivery if she could go up the elevator, so it was also an unfortunate speech. Overall, I had the impression that I was harassing someone and not that we paid for the service. In terms of quality and design, the bouquet was pretty, only a few pink flowers were a little tired, the edges were withered, but it was lost in the overall impression. I was happy with her, just approaching me. he was not pleasant. When the man arrived on the third day after delivery and saw what he paid for 1500, he laughed 👌 The flower was quite tired, despite the fact that it was immediately cut and placed in cold water, lasted a total of only 5 days, then it was ready to be fired :( I also received a small one for that price, we buy bouquets quite often, so I have a comparison. I'm sorry, I would very much like to write a nice review, because I would be happy with the beautiful flower and the smiling lady behind the door, the price and size would probably not be solved by anyone. 🌸

Bouquet beautiful. It would just like to fine-tune the communication from the store ... if the delivery is moved to the next day, it is necessary to let us know in advance how much the bouquet will be delivered so that the recipient is really at home and not do it for both parties as a surprise ... and the birthday party is currently in the store :-(
