We bought a seat from Phase for the first time and we have to say the last one. Compared to the competition, the price is perhaps three times higher and one would expect decent customer service and adequate quality, but unfortunately it will not receive it. My family and I wanted to invest in the sofa to be satisfied and we didn't have to change it after 3 years, but we probably won't avoid it. The first problem was with production and transport, the company of course promised a delivery time of 8-12 weeks, the final delivery time was 16 weeks, which is about twice the lower limit. The seat looks visually pleasing, the problems will only become apparent after its gradual use. Right at the beginning, we noticed that the seat was creaking like a bed for 1000 crowns from IKEI - I really got it, and with a two-seater for 33,000 CZK, one really thinks. We have a stretch version of the LYON seat, in any case it is useless in the unfolded state, if you sit somewhere around the edge, the whole seat folds over - and I'm talking about a partner who is barely 60 kilos, I wouldn't be surprised by me. We have a robotic vacuum cleaner and it only fits under the seat from one side and even below only about 15 percent, so I measured the corners and the height of the seat is different by half a centimeter on one or more due to the upholstery and construction. on the other hand. After the above experience, I definitely do not recommend buying seats from the company Phase, one expects high quality, but I will definitely get something similar for a third of the price in MOBELIX or KIKE.

We are satisfied with the seat, the saleswoman would need a long vacation, change the environment or properly train.

After production, we came to pick up the seat. We had another, second lady saleswoman. Honestly unpleasant, if we chose a seat during the first visit with this lady saleswoman, we certainly would not choose and we would go elsewhere. Therefore, only 3 stars, otherwise it would be 5. Otherwise, we have a home, beautiful.
