Absolutely shocking! My blow dry was horrid! The lady was rushing. She was brushing my hair with the round brush instead of actually straightening it properly before ironing it. The ironing had no structure she just straightened what she felt like, didn’t even clip the hair. My hair is thick so it was frizzy and still had curls from all the places she missed! Trim was okay... a bit shorter then what I wanted.

Very dirty and price increase! Cash only too Made an appointment and discussed that I wanted color and a cut and was quoted a price and we agreed. Next day, showed up, color turned out nice but price was 300 more than agreed upon. When questioned, she said it was because more than just roots to match my color. Wouldn't she be able to tell that from first meeting? Also I was first appointment and floors were dirty, equipment dirty, combs and brushes missing teeth/bristles, robe put over me was dirty. Ugh

I went there without appointment and was served immediately. Very nice and competent staff!
