Dr. Kalinova is a kind person, but she does not explain well the complexity of the interventions, the infiltration of hyaluronic acid a year ago did not go well and the doctor had to withdraw it, I spent 400 euros for nothing, but I continued to trust the clinic because The other interventions had gone well, the last procedure of suitable threads did not go well, the doctor refused to repair it and did not even look at my neck in case there was any broken thread, they rejected me as a client and they returned my money, (without me asking) They preferred to preclude a loyal client from this clinic before repairing the suitable threads, it is a good clinic, only that the doctor should better attend to the concerns of her clients, I must point out that the doctor never showed me any product before the acid injections Hyaluronic or suitable threads, trust her and that was my mistake, the areas of the face where the threads that I did not need and that I did not ask for were still hurt, the neck area was worse Than before, I recommend the clinic, but pay attention first to the products that will be put on your face or skin, because only then will you realize that they are authentic products for which they are charging you, and they are not cheap.

It was my first time at the clinic and it was beyond my expectations. Very professional and friendly staff. They know well what they do! I will recommend to other people who need someone who is taking care about the results.

Based on my friend recommendation, I was at Brandeis clinic last week to get tooth filling and ceramic crown, which I desperately needed but was afraid to go to the dentist for the long time. But what a pleasant surprise it was. Ok, the clinic itself looks fantastic with top class equipment but the biggest bonus to me was the doctor that described in detailed each step before she took. I appreciate this approach where they talk to you all the time on what they are doing so you can get ready ☺ . Since the prices are affordable I am coming next week for whitening.

Went to this clinic for a consultation and was very happy with the doctor, however 2 weeks later there was a new doctor due to personal change and she didn't have any track of record from my previous session asking me about what treatment we supposed to do and what has been discussed so far which was quite odd. Then we agreed on a new date which I had to reschedule couple times and once forgot to let them know due to plane delay so fair enough they were pissed off. Although when I gave them a call for the 2nd time I was told it's a problem. It was an interesting tone of someone telling you you are not 'very valuable customer' for them. Yeah, good to know. I don't recommend this place at all unless you want to learn your value.

I had a breast reduction august 2016 I am very pleased with the result Dr musilova was brilliant, the staff and nurses were caring and helpful, clinic was very clean Alena toncarova was there for me from start to finish I would highly recommend the Brandeis clinic to anyone considering a breast reduction
