I definitely do NOT recommend this place!! Poorly professional and expensive given the quality of services. With no acknowledgement of the client’s wishes!!!!! Bloody cuticles left around the nails of the hand!! I’ve been doing manucures for a long time and this is the first time that this happened to me. Half of the thickness of the nail GONE leading to weak nails even though I asked to do it lighter and preferably manually!! When it comes to the pedicure - I only asked for the semi permanent nail polish BUT was also charged with the pedicure even though it wasn’t done!! 550 CZK!! The manager was very arrogant and unprofessional with no sense of business decision making! There are a lot of good beauty salons in Prague but unfortunately this is NOT one of them.

Staff quite unpleasant, communication at point 0, manicure mostly done in 35 minutes, no hand cream, no dry spots around the nail, bad filing. Each time the manicure is performed differently. When doing cuticles of injuries, but the lady does not even stop. Well, I'll only come here if I'm totally desperate and they're full everywhere else. But I think after reading all the reviews, this salon will close soon. It's a pity, the environment is beautiful and clean, unfortunately the staff, haste and design is not so great. That's why I give 2 stars and maybe sometimes they'll get up until it's too late 😉

I was the first and probably the last. The work lasted about 30 minutes, which, after years of experience with visiting manicure salons, has not yet happened to me. Every finger turned differently and I was quite disappointed that they didn't remove the dry spots around my nails and the cuticle, I'm quite "suffering" from it and with a manicure for 500 CZK I would expect it to remove it and not that I cut it myself at home. It's a pity, otherwise quite a pleasant environment where you would like to return.

I came here often, unfortunately for the last time today. Miss unprofessional, hasty and fast. I was alone in the salon, so she had nowhere to hurry. While filing my nails, she sawed so fast that it was uncomfortable, but I thought I could stand them. After applying a layer of gel, the nail began to grind. However, during the grinding of the gel, it grinded up to my finger 3 times and the blood started to flow, the employee would continue even if I didn't say. Even in order to disinfect me, I had to tell myself when I mentioned it at the box office or they didn't apologize and ignored it all. I am really upset and disgusted by their unprofessional approach. I leave disappointed with a bleeding nail and the rest badly slanted nails. I do not recommend !!! And for those who want to try the salon, don't order from Majka.

It depends on who you come across. I can recommend Mrs. Hana, she is calm, she is in no hurry and she is careful. The same cannot be said of the other girls. They are hasty, they want to do your job as soon as possible, but it often leads to injuries, it didn't happen to me once. That's why I always report to Mrs. Hana to order. Pointless fees for the length of nails. The receptionist is quite nice, she speaks Czech which is great, but she is often arrogant or doesn't have a day. Otherwise, the nails generally hold, only occasionally the varnish peels off even within two weeks of application ..
