The most attentive car rental in all my many years of practice. First: the only ones who called back immediately after leaving a reservation request (scattered across several companies). Second: they specify in detail the route, the number of passengers and baggage. I first tensed up and asked why? They explained that to select the best option, as they take care of travel comfort. As it turned out, these were not just words, in the car, indeed, there were: an adapter in the cigarette lighter for charging the phone and a phone holder for the torpedo, wet and dry wipes, a bottle of water for everyone. Is free!!! For another 2 euros we took the smartest navigator, it turned out to be very useful, since using a navigator on a phone in Europe is very expensive. Third: CAR. Our Superb was flawless in everything. Zero claims. 3400 km in one go. Fourth: pleasant communication with responsive people. Plus, a bunch of useful tips from company employees, I especially recommend listening to gastronomic tips. I personally found this useful, since I am not a fan of Czech cuisine. Fifth: my rating is 5+. It's nice to travel with you.
