A very unpleasant experience from my favorite florist. When picking up the shipment (Uloženka delivery point), after the online system crashed, I tried to advise on the size and appearance of the package, after which the florist told me that it was "useless because she has a lot of packages here". After my reaction with the apology that I was just trying to help, I was told that such help is useless, and that I know it for next time. Although I wanted to take advantage of the visit and buy potato pancakes at home, I took the package and said "goodbye" from the store. "Goodbye" came from behind the counter. I would like this message to reach the owners, because the employee's behavior was really very inappropriate - so I will never visit the store again, even though the flowers and decorations were always very nice ...

Even though it was a holiday my lady was willing to make a flower. I admit that I don't know how much my wife does, but when she saw the bouquet she was extremely excited and satisfied. I definitely recommend

Long waiting.

Flower shop is more expensive than anything, like everything behind the footbridge. A year ago, I met with very pleasant service and the quality of the flowers is excellent.
