A little disappointment. Carpet booked via eshop last piece. The shop assistant called me that someone had booked the carpet just in front of me and would say if he was free. For a week no one came in and I noticed that the carpet was still on offer. So I booked it again, got a confirmation and picked it up, with the reservation not in my name but in the lady who had booked it in front of me. Edit: The gentleman called me with an apology and offered a cleanser as compensation. That's why I give an extra star that they value their customers and try to correct the mistakes.
