When you finally call the reception, the receptionist, in the heat of conversation, notes that my doctor is to call me because of a positive test for COVID, so after eight hours I am still without contact. Bravo! I can't come in person logically, I don't have the necessary things done, if I need an incompetence, then I'm recorded. And now please tell me why on earth I should pay for above-standard care if you are not able to make a phone call during a regular registration, to tell your registered GP that I have COVID, go through it with me on how to proceed and when to order. to retest again, or to negotiate incompetence? If I pay, will I wait until the next day, maybe just 5 hours? Gone are the days when you could rely on this business. No wonder my previous employers have stopped working with you. As a result, as soon as possible, I will buy above-standard care instead of you elsewhere, where they are able to work on such trivial things as a phone call, in a matter of minutes.

For several years I have been a loyal client of Sante - I visit both branches in Pstrossov and Zeletavska. I especially appreciate client access to the level, quality of the doctor and personal. All health care in one place is an indisputable advantage of the region, when I can always rely on the exact time and time of the tour without waiting and waiting, which is a huge benefit today.

I wouldn't go to the dentist elsewhere. Always professional attitude of the attending physician. There is no expectation, the ordering time is always adhered to. And when I arrive sooner, there is nowhere to sit comfortably and wait. For me full stars.
