Gorlice

Absolutely amazing experience. The guide was great, let you roam around, gave you more than enough time to explore and answered all the questions. Not to mention how great the place itself actually is, unreal it cost only 30czk for a student, not much more expensive for an adult, but leaves great room to tip the guide. Must-see in Prague.

The Gorlice is the largest chamber in the casemates and that's exactly where the original sculptures of Charles Bridge are. There are 6 sculptures here made in 1707 to 1724. Its rather impressive to see those monumental sculptures of Charles Bridge in the expanse of river and sky, here in this dark, underground room, which almost fills the whole height of the room!!!

Just watch your head, if you are over 6 feet high. Otherwise - astonishing. I won't spoil the surprise for you by saying, what exactly there is at the end of tunnel, but transition between narrow passage and opening view at the end is well worth the long walk to it.

This underground tour by the Brick Gate. We loved it. You travel through a long and narrow corridor with high ceilings until you get to a large room when they store some of the original statues from the Charles Bridge. The tunnel is about three stories high and extends underneath the main walls.

You can reach through a narrow and chilling tunnel. The original statues of Charles Bridge are kept here. Worth a visit.
