I have a bad experience with Firefighters in Prague - with a service (installation of the fireplace was done 4 years ago). Three years ago we solved a non-standard problem and I had a problem at the time. This year, our remote control has broken down to the gas fireplace and everything repeats itself. They do not respond to phones or emails when I accidentally let them in, they promise they'll come up with a solution within a week, another two weeks again. when I want to recall, they do not call me again. I understand that work is sometimes overhead, but this behavior is not right.

Even if they have opening hours without a phone call, they are not repeatedly found at the facility.
