Scammers !!! My phone picked up (after 1000 attempts) some strangers. She dictated where to return the goods, but nothing has happened since then. The goods were accepted, I did not send confirmation mail from the mail. The price of the goods and the postage went up to CZK 500. I know it's not too much, but every crown is good. So, this kind of people is living this business. If you have any idea how to deal with the situation, I will be happy. As an individual, it probably does not make sense. Or someone who lives close to the company's trunks to try personal contact.

They are ignorant and impostorous, I like to join the criminal complaint. Goods I paid in early February, today, in mid-April after all deadlines, I have neither goods nor money nor information. They do not answer the phone, do not respond to e-mails and calls. Criminal notification is the only way to deal with it.
