Well, the business itself is nice, tidy. Two shop assistants, both nice to look at, one really nice, pleasant. Second, after I came to pick up the e-shop order and told her what I was going to pick up, she commented my selection inappropriately and completely unnecessarily without asking her opinion. Words such that I simply 600W robot and that therefore as I do not want something more powerful that would be recommended to me as something better, but if I do so I do not ... they were really "sales method". Absolutely threw a mocking voice and choice of words, goods that I had over booked a shop at the store and came to pick up. So the negative feeling that I have from this first and most likely last visit is very bad. I have been a saleswoman for 3 years, so I do not evaluate it only from the customer's point of view, so I know a little about it, and in this way, the goods are not really sold, nor are they dealing with customers. I do not recommend the shop, I do not order anything here. I am unpleasantly surprised and disappointed. Even Datart has better customer service than across the corridor.

This Ety shop is located on the ground floor of the OC and the vendors are always willing and well informed about the sold assortment. I have been visiting for a long time and always to full satisfaction.
