Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the company either, on the contrary. To save time, we decided to buy a shower and bath from the Nice Bathroom. Unfortunately for us, the bathtub came damaged. The complaint was not recognized to us, even the master of complaints indirectly encouraged us to give it as a loss event to our insurance…
When I ordered the product (shower door to the niche), the business meeting of the employee over the phone was very nice and professional. She answered the questions in a well-founded, really very pleasant manner.
However, I was forced to complain about the purchased product, unfortunately through the owner of the company. The method of "communication and solution" of the problem was so unsatisfactory that I finally decided to contact the product manufacturer directly and resolved the complaint directly with him.
Never more.
When handling complaints, I must praise a completely professional approach, quick settlement of the whole matter, to our complete satisfaction. Thank you.
Based on personal experience, I do not recommend this store and I recommend avoiding it. There are many competing companies on the market with the same range and it is not worth trying for any damage.
After delivery of the product (shower screen) by a courier, who, except for my warning that there is an ATTENTION GLASS inscription on the box, stopped handling the product brutally and the composition of the product in the house came as a very unpleasant surprise during assembly, when the product literally spilled into thousands right in your hands. It's safety glass, you can't avoid injuries anyway, and luckily it didn't catch anyone's eye.
However, a real shock came after the complaint. The fact that something like this will happen is possible, and when transferring from the Czech to the Slovak Republic and handling the product in the way I saw at the courier, the structure of the glass could be disrupted. However, the customer service of this company is unique nowadays and prepare to act as the biggest primitive. Unfavorable opinion of the company and the customer slur that an error was certainly on his side and on their side certainly could be no mistake, this is the confidence that the company would be the envy of many a celebrity too. As their "courtesy" it was indeed offered a 50% discount on new privacy protection but believe that after such an experience definitely do not feel like playing the lottery with this company and try for 50%, and the product does not spill on you head. One written justification and admission of the possibility that product disruption may have occurred during the transfer would suffice. However, this would require self-reflection and critical thinking. So if you have no intention of risking his health, property and do not want to hear about how the whole thing was 100% your fault podporúčam of this company arch to avoid, it is not worth it worth the stress.
Edit: Commenting on the review of the company, one can not confirm from my side mechanical damage. I would ask you to stop lying in public. I took the product packaged in a box. I'm sorry, but your customer really can't unpack a huge piece of glass on the way where the courier unpacks it and keeps the courier there for 10 minutes until he does. If this is you expect from your customers, it's very funny and I would like it looked in practice. The product was safely stored and it disintegrated automatically after unpacking the package and removing it from the box (If we stored it incorrectly, it is interesting that nothing happened to the product in a month). It is possible that you supplied the product without defects scattered automatically after lifting the out of the box without any contact glass floors, walls or other material (But here you obviously state that the product certainly could have other automatic damage because it would automatically scattered. So let's go through the basic logic The product stored in the open box was whole The product was lifted by two people without any contact and fell apart Please teach me what could have been damaged between the whole product and its lifting? , or the wrong density, and is it our fault? That product has long been disrupted, and the lifting caused pressure at the point of the disrupted structure, and the whole thing fell apart. I'm tired of your argument and you are really an example of the poorest customer service. It has never happened in my life that a company repeatedly accused me of a mistake on my part without any acceptance of possible responsibility on your part. Your response to this comment speaks for itself, and I hope that the few euros are worth endangering the health of our clients. Your solution is certainly not helpful and it's just way you want without any shame and self-reflection to generate additional income. Sadly and unfortunately true.
This trade is by no means recommended. In this store I ordered a seat on the toilet, the seat was not sitting, the goods were delivered to me in the afternoon after I arrived home I found that the seat does not fit. I then contacted the Nice Bathroom store where my great owner announced to me that it was not possible to withdraw from the contract because I unpack the goods from the foil. For me, unimaginable to be able to unpack the goods, and even if it was unused and unassembled, I refused to return the money because there was no foil on the saddle. So even if the unused seat, which was 2 hours. at home, they refused my withdrawal. This can only happen in a shop like this one, where the goods are sold and they are not more interested. Not to mention that the color on the seat was scraped off. Do not buy in this shop unless you want to be disappointed with this store.
