Ruins of a 13th century castle. Best way to access is to park in Nove Dvory and walk through a beautiful linden alley. It's about 30 minutes walk to the castle. The castle is situated on a hill over the valley of Punkva river. You can get down to the valley and visit Punkva and Katerina caves or Macocha abyss which are all within walking distance however the walk back to the castle is quite steep. The ruins are quite extensive and fairly quiet as most people don't even know that they're there.

Very complicated movement in winter but otherwise great.

A pair of ruined medieval walls. View of the cable car from the Punkve Caves up to Macoch. A pleasant, easy walk through the forest on the way. From Blansek you can continue down to Puste zleb to the Punkve Caves and to the cable car to the Macocha abyss. It is also possible to go through Pusty zleb up to Sloup or down to Skalní mlýn.

A nice hike from the crossroads of Macocha, and then a nice horizon to the ruins.
