I think I would love this place, but when you get there, you are pleasantly surprised how nice, helpful and smiling ladies work here.

I was there for the first time

I am a regular visitor. Long queues sometimes occur, especially in the winter. At other times, the second window is hidden by blinds, and despite the voices being heard, no one serves customers. I'm talking about the ground floor. On the 1st floor it goes faster. Window # 1 also forms queues, but there is a poor lady there and sometimes it just hangs there. I hope that when the mail moves into a new one, more prepales will actually work.

It works as it should, the management should realize and appreciate more employees.
