Arrogant behavior of the servant. First visit - they told me in the store that they don't have the thing I'm looking for. I went home for an hour looking for additional info on the internet. Then I visited the store again, the gentleman greeted me with the words, "I have never seen such a reduction in my life," and after some clarifying information, he ceremoniously placed it on my counter. So after two visits and an hour of googling, I finally got to the required goods :-)

Assortment in order, but the staff is also a disaster - especially in the heating (copper, fittings ...). Maybe self-employed people have prices well, but as a general customer ...

Great people and great approach. When I accidentally ordered the wrong boiler, they immediately changed the order.
