Willingness itself ... Based on positive reviews we went to this florist about 300 km because of the flowers to the wedding. Saleswoman uncomfortable because we arrived earlier (about 40 minutes) than agreed (hard to plan the exact time when the journey takes 4 and a half hours). In a strange city we were "thrown out" because he had no time for us at the moment (there was not a single customer on the spot and there was a classic opening time). We really do not need this behavior. Nowhere more ...
