Even though we did not use the Gorenje Olomouc kitchen studio for the realization of the kitchen, I would definitely like to highlight the very professional approach of the interior designer Škodová. Very nice, helpful, she showed us everything in the studio, we could try and measure everything. Very fast response and communication on her part. The design of the kitchen was very nice, her recommendations on how and what to do regarding the design and functionality of the kitchen had a so-called head and heel. Great!

Definitely not recommended! I wouldn't buy a kitchen at Gorenje anymore. I was asked by the study for feedback, so I allowed myself to write it in public. I bought a kitchen in the Gorenje studio in Olomouc for the price of a new small car. The design went very well and we managed to design a beautiful kitchen. The communication went just as well during the design and the assembly itself. The kitchen is good and everyone likes it. But: The first assembly took place a week later than declared in the contract. They made a bad kitchen board in production, so it was not the last assembly. The kitchen was in working order after the first installation, but not the one we paid for. We had to wait for the production of the new board, its delivery to the Czech Republic and reassembly for several weeks. After the first assembly, everything turned around and the cooperation with Gorenje was catastrophic. They were not able to answer basic questions, such as when the board would go into production, and it even occurred to them to find out such a basic thing. I called various departments so that the second installation would take place as soon as possible, and still take place 4 weeks later. I can only imagine how long it would take if I didn't urge the whole thing. As a sanction for delayed delivery of the kitchen, we finally received a ridiculous CZK 600. The icing on the cake No. 1: For the built-in dishwasher, I required a visual indication of whether it was running. Of course, our dishwasher does not have that. When I dealt with the study in Olomouc, the answer was that I should have checked it in the contract and that they do not remember such a request. The icing on the cake No. 2: You don't get filters for the hood, so as a result you still have to buy some things. The reason why I chose Gorenje and not a smaller company or craftsman was that I expected: 1. Professional approach - I didn't get it when solving problems. 2. Studio services - I expected that the purpose of the studio is to say the requirements, the studio will take them into account and you no longer have to check every detail - it also didn't happen. 3. Quality of processing - it succeeded for the second time. 4. Meeting deadlines - the kitchen was installed 5 weeks later than it should have been. 5. Standing in the face of possible problems - this did not happen either, Gorenje only made excuses and on the basis of the contract (which was drawn up to the detriment of the customer) returned to us a completely ridiculous amount. 6. Commitment on the part of the supplier - all the time after assembly, I felt that I had been stolen from them as a customer, because they already had money from me.

The realization of the kitchen went perfectly fine. From the initial design to the final form. The designer took care of us and always came out to meet us. The delivery date was met. The assembler was also number one, everything went quickly and professionally. We are very satisfied with the result and the quality of the kitchen. We chose Gorenje mainly because of the quality.

During the three quarters of the year, four complaints: a pump at the dishwasher, a poorly installed hood, I am going to complain about a non-matching door from the dishwasher, and the protective glass behind the gas plate has its cap covers off because there is plastic that has melted in the heat. Don't really take this price / performance ratio. Mr. Brnický told me from the complaints about the poorly installed hood, which extinguished the flames, that if I use the hood for the weakest exhaust and the burners for the strongest, this will solve the problem :)

Very nice and professional kitchen studio, full of interesting scenery and nice designers.
