A complete disaster for florists! First, the behavior of florists is horrible, arrogant fiflenes. The absolutely terrible condition is flowers, a friend bought me roses several times and they died every other day, today on the anniversary he bought me only 3 violets, the lady didn't even show them and packed them immediately, a friend came home, the whole roses were brown, rotten, in an hour they all clapped. Horror and shame, I will tell all my acquaintances not to buy flowers here!

On Sunday morning in 3 min. eight I entered the flower shop and I was harshly told by the saleswoman that she was still closed and did not have a shop ready. Then, as I entered, I pointed to one rose and touched it lightly. I was excited by the saleswoman in a raised voice so as not to touch her with the flowers. It was absolutely inappropriate, rude and arrogant behavior of the saleswoman, who could be my granddaughter. I will never go there again, I do not need such behavior towards the customer.

Last week on Thursday was a very unpleasant shop clerk in the name of the florist. At my colleague's job, she was utterly hystric over the shop. She claimed that she had enough of her home problems to have fun with her at all ........ The colleague only wanted to know the exact name of the plant she had bought the day she was given for watering. Never again. Professional approach to zero.

I took the purchase as an emergency because of the lack of time. Next time I will learn and buy elsewhere. For 2 bouquets made of 3 roses the price was CZK 680. One rose stands from 45 to 55 pounds. Hence, bundles and accessories in the form of grass and a few leaves cost 190 CZK. One flower is overpriced by about 150 CZK.
