The first experience and also the last: Arriving on time, the order was fine BUT the food totally cold! You still don't understand that a cold salad and a drink have to be separated and not thrown into one bag together with hot food ...? If it's packaged straight from the restaurant, it wouldn't hurt to explain it to the restaurant for one simple reason. Not only did this delivery service end with me, but unfortunately also the restaurant that prepared the food. And only because one of the parties can't wrap it up like a human being. The best on their website are contacts - none by phone, and their chat ala "Write to us" is really only for praise, because no one has answered my complaint for about a week.

11:12 made order 11:19 taken by restaurant 13:05 imported .... supposedly within 70 minutes ... food lukewarm ... I understand that there may be a lot, but I probably won't use other services. It bothered me most of the time.

Absolute satisfaction, food delivered within 25 minutes, warm, everything is fine, I can only recommend
