I do not recommend this transport company. When the goods were delivered, they called me shortly before arrival. Of course no one was home. I agreed to bring the shipment later. After three days of waiting, we found out why they had not arrived yet and we were informed that the shipment had been sent back to the seller. Communication terrible !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Everything went well. They were taken to the 4th floor. I recommend.

The worst carrier I've ever experienced! A person pays 400, - for the transport of goods on a designated day, runs out of a day off, waits like an idiot and you nowhere. Did you have an address, were you looking for an entrance to Narnia or what? Your first excuse? There was a problem with you. Second day? The driver says he had a vacation! Seriously? Do you have a single driver or what? If a person wants to agree on another date and says that he has the time from 16:30 at the latest, it is a terrible problem for you to be delivered by 17:00, but the driver probably does not want to work until the end of the shift! We won't let you bring a box of matches anymore! If we picked up that stupid boiler in person at Mall.cz, loaded it on our backs and took it home ourselves, we would be there faster than your miraculous delivery man by car !!!
