After the main railway station and Svinov railway station, this railway station is considered to be the busiest - it is connected to the connections towards Havířov. Nowadays, the station is already slightly dilapidated, although it still serves and it is no horror. It serves mainly for the mentioned transfers to Havířov, and also for transport to the nearby industrial zone Nová Huť. There is also a bus stop near the station, but I don't think it's worth talking about, as it only stops one day a day: DD. As for the railway station, there are connections to the center of Ostrava, Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, Opava, Český Těšín, Havířov and Svinov. The exterior of the station building is solid and not badly constructed.

Classic railway station with a coffee machine and a vending machine for snacks, including baguettes. Large electronic board with train arrivals and departures, reports Václav Knop here.

A railway station like any other.

Vestibule repaired and pleasant, right on the station quite clean, ac underpass and its surroundings are dirty and unpleasant. The weakness is marked with paper signs on the platform Sometimes you confused - Other info on the blackboard in the lobby vs paper sign elsewhere than by the board of the lobby. I understand that you can not prosecute everything immediately and must wait for a train before he signs exchanges, but the ignorant traveler's stressors. Personal luck has always advised.

Ostrava Kuncice is a railway station that has its famous times long past. It used to be a very busy station, but with the decline of industrial production there was a decrease in passengers. Nevertheless, it is an important railway junction between the Ostrava agglomeration on the one hand and Havířov and Frýdek-Místek on the other. The station has undergone a revitalization and provides, as far as possible, a certain comfort for passengers. The weakness is the electronic information system on the platforms.
