What this company is able to cook, it remains common sense. I only go there to eat when there is no leftover. As I see it, the specialties where a cold round of ham and cheese is thrown on a tortured chicken slice, it adds to the ears, it wants to vomit. And should one give 120 crowns for this? Everything is topped with flour, sauces completely tasteless, pasta and rice literally as if cooked in a dish. If I can praise something at least a little, then it's a fairly aspiring tripe, it has at least some taste. I miss more freshness and vegetables there. After all, it is not a problem to give coleslaw instead of the Americas. Fried is up there. This is what gastronomy looked like during the time of heavy socialism, and obviously it still sticks to the teeth with its fingernails.

Hello, last week I had the opportunity to visit and have lunch at Třinecké železárny during my business trip. Despite my colleague's bad review of this company, supplemented by advice to visit one of Třinec's local restaurants, I set out for lunch with the assumed feeling that I was entering the maw of a dragon with the name of the main dining room. Right during the first steps in the dining room, I was warned, by a nice lady, about the absence of a veil. I was already lustrating in my head in the imaginary hellish cook of the company catering, "What will they give me there?" My agile eyes solved it in an instant on a small red sign with the white inscription Svíčková! The goal was clear and so was the determination. I was so blinded by my favorite food that I completely overlooked the range on offer, starting with salads, four, maybe more main courses, ending with dessert and DRINKED NON-ALCOHOLIC BEER !!!! I got my portion of Beef Sirloin with 6 DUMPLINGS! and I immediately turned sharply to the right for the aforementioned beer, then settled in a sufficient safety distance from the other diners. In short: I really enjoyed it !! When I take into account the diversity of the assortment, the selection and taste of the food I have chosen, I have to give the highest mark, and honestly. Then I shared my new experience with my colleague Radim Lakota who didn't believe me at all. And his experience? I don't know where he was and I don't remember what he actually gave himself, but he, like me, was also enriched ... about Alvi deiectiones. Have a nice day and thank you.
