I asked this company about a wedding car. I wanted to rent Skoda Superb cars for the whole weekend. I filled in the inquiry form where I stated, among other things, the place where the Zlin vehicle was picked up. After sending the form, I received an email that the vehicle is available at this time. Place picked Valasske Mezirici. They sent me the price for renting the car only at my request. When I wrote that the vehicle would serve as a wedding vehicle for the bride, the answer came, for the wedding yes but not for the delivery of the guest. What I confirmed in the answer. I just wrote that it seems discriminatory to me. I understand that the company is afraid of the vehicle, but I do not understand that the customer can not use the paid service, or paid kilometers at will and can not "commute" the vehicle, this is mentioned in the contract, unfortunately I did not get the contract to see and did not come in any email. I don't think if I didn't write that the car would be at the wedding as a bride's car, no one would ask me about the wedding guests' deliveries. After unprofessional communication from this company, when part of the email, it was also announced that they could dispose of their property as they wished, which, of course, no one questioned in the email, they told me to use the services of the competition. I will give on recommendation.

I rented 2 vehicles here and I was satisfied. The cars have newer ones in good technical condition for a good price. It is not a problem to drive more kilometers with the car. Quick agreement, in addition, the company is easy to find.

The car was rented for the 4th day on the way to Karlovy Vary, everything ok and without any problems, if I deal with it in the future, I will definitely contact the BESKYD service again.
