If u have a problem with the bicycle, u should go for sure here . The guys knows there work. We were more than satisfied. Also i would like to mention that they are speaking english. So there is no problem to explain what is wrong with your bicycle. Very helpful and open people, thanks :)

Great place to have bicycle services in English in Brno. The place is held by a middle aged friendly couple. Prices are reasonable and their advices good.

We decided to buy bikes and went to this completely telling store. Although we are complete beginners and lazy, we definitely did not feel it when buying - no contempt or something in the sense of "we are used to other connoisseurs" :-) So after discussing what we expect from bikes, we were recommended bikes that are supposed to satisfy our needs and at the same time endure our loving treatment. No pressure on the highest model with maximum equipment that we would not use anyway. But choosing a bike was one thing, but the takeover itself? ... wow ... for each of us, the mechanic has adjusted the wheel to be comfortable and to suit our figure. In the meantime, I got a great coffee as a bonus :-) So we recommend it 100% for us! Very human and friendly approach and such a pleasant atmosphere! We certainly do not regret that although the bikes were more expensive than in some e-shop, but the service around the price will completely equalize the price. I can't even imagine getting the bike in a box and then killing it by trial and error.

Unfortunately. I entrusted the service to my older bike, which I bought. Price for service over 3500, where there were items such as washing 300 and working mechanics 600. Budiz. But. The bike was extremely stiff from the first moment, my chain fell about a kilometer, so it really didn't make sense to wash. Then a saddle fell off me and I fell off the bike onto the concrete. The result was an operation. After calling the service, I was told that another service would tell me that the job was bad, which I do not understand why if it was ok. And the only solution was that no one would touch the bike and I would bring it there again. So I don't know if you could have the brakes repaired on a car in which your brakes failed again at the same service.
