Clean & Dry čistírna

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The gentle cleaning of the branded jacket requested by me was catastrophic. The jacket smelled, its colors washed, its patches scuffed, and its fur burned in places. Apparently they wash all the things together, regardless of the instructions given by the manufacturer on the clothing sign, and then they probably throw them in the dryer in the same way. During my pointing to the destruction of the thing, the staff was very incorrect and politely speaking indiscriminately, despite her advanced age. They refused to acknowledge the complaint, which they settled for 30 days (according to the legal deadline).

I definitely do not recommend the dry cleaning !!!! They ruined my jacket and I have been dealing with complaints about their non-professional service for 5 months now !!! Communication takes place only by mail (the owner keeps 30 days for each answer), I did not receive a phone call from the owner and none of the staff is said to be competent to deal with complaints. The owner stopped communicating completely from the beginning of 2021.

They destroyed my jacket worth 5500kc, their approach is outrageous, I do not recommend it in any case.
