I've also had more than bad experiences with customer service in the past three days. I am a long-term customer and brought a short-term solution. I received consolation, promises not kept and an outrageous reaction. As far as I know, I am a Sparda Bank member. Doesn't work at all.

I am currently very dissatisfied with the service. Employees have been more than unfriendly since Corona. Also don't think it's right that no desk is open and that you are only allowed in by appointment. Some matters can only be dealt with in writing. Will look for a new bank in a short time.

This "bank" and everyone else who deals with customers in this way is a bad joke !! For money without a card (because my wallet was stolen beforehand) from my own account ... I repeat ... from my own account @! to withdraw would have been charged me 5 euros ??? What is actually wrong with this system ??? Incomprehensible!!!!!...

At Sparda Bank the service is catastrophe. My mother changed the bank because she no longer comes into the city and the bank was not even able to work with the other bank. They preferred to send all the direct debits back and there if you have the audacity to charge fees, the star is too much
