Hello everybody, I was on the 4.2.2019 in the above-mentioned office. I am very disappointed that even the phone number of the Sparkassen Hotline could not help me otherwise. I was greeted with a '' hey '' as if we were friends ... Moreover, I felt that someone wants to call it a day and I am not welcome with my not really big concern. Awesome pity honest people .. In 2018 I changed to the SPK. On such days as yesterday I regret it so much. Very unfriendly woman. Just because I had a few questions about my card and had some features on the self-service. I will not enter this office any more and can only advise against going to the lady with short black hair. Whose name I will not mention here for privacy reasons. Thank you for reading.
