I widened my shoes after a long period of use. Request appointment was not a problem, shoes were ready for the appointment. It was free which I think is great. But I would also have liked to pay for something, since service doesn't have to be free.

Super great advice, absolutely trying and we are out of business with a good feeling. Always have problems to find the right shoes (need very large and very narrow) and arrived home happy and feel really satisfied for the time being. Again and again....
