Unfortunately, after trying on the children's rubber boots at home, it turned out that they were too tight. The exchange was refused in your branch two days later, as the shoes supposedly showed signs of wear after trying them on once. When I bought it, it was the last pair in size and color and so even though I had seen a little flaw and had the feeling that they had already been given back, I bought the shoes anyway. The shop assistants denied everything and did not allow themselves to be talked about at all. I'll have to throw the shoes away when they are new if I can't find one to give away. If I hadn't had my impatient little one with me when I returned, I wouldn't have just left. In my opinion, I was treated unfairly and accused.
