I think it is outrageous that they make an appointment with me at 17:15 and then cheeky and arrogant say: "no, we now conclude," I point out, "but I got the date said so Dan" turn unfriendly: "me Either they go now or we make another appointment! "I think so outrageous!

Came to the practice at 2 p.m. with massive pain, without an appointment. With an X-ray and reaming the tooth, less than 30 minutes before I was outside again. This is possible thanks to several treatment rooms, well-trained staff and an excellently organized process. The 30 minutes included several minutes of consultation and discussion, I never felt rushed, the doctor's approach depended entirely on my decision, the options were clearly explained, the advantages and disadvantages were pointed out directly. I felt very well looked after and advised competently and will definitely go further. Highly recommended in my opinion.
