So, quite negatively I would not rate this, shrinking today is now time and gear at banks and savings banks. My experience so far in Meldorf, you make every effort to satisfy the customer, they are polite, no question, and help you in case of problems. 4 stars, because the shrinkage factor is just there, but the staff can not do anything.

Bad accessibility Constantly changing contact persons Expensive fees. Fee increase can only be obtained online in the mailbox. For the account fees a letter with the fee increase would be the least.
