I was today with someone who couldn't speak German, so I wanted to help him as a good faith, but I was shocked with the behavior of the big blond lady that works there she was so very rude and started shouting at me, all I did is that I asked her to show me how to use the money machines, I've been all over the world but I didn't face such rude people and not in the streets but people who are working in a ((BANK)), is that the bank policy ? I'm really not sure!!! , I can't believe that in 2018 such people exist. Anyway thanks God I'm not a customer there, the management needs to work on the behavior of their employees there.

I've been a customer of the Sparkasse for as long as I can remember. I even learned a savings bank clerk myself and know both sides: the perspective of a consultant and that of a customer. After moving to SH and a professional reorientation, I opened my account (of course) with the Sparkasse. After eleven years and many richer experiences, I have changed my main bank account and can say with conviction: It was the best decision. The really comparatively bad conditions, the poor availability, the unreliability and the enormously high error rate - and that often paired with a condescending type of young, mostly male employees ... Unfortunately, this form of "advice" is much short-term, it counts bare sale. Satisfaction and customer loyalty are not a goal.

It is fraud. Secret increases in account management fees, etc.! In writing, you can't even see that you can contradict. We only found out about the LN. But then the Sparkasse needn't be surprised if there are soon no more customers.
