I've been a customer at the bank for a number of years. The employees I have dealt with so far have all been very polite and have taken the time to give me detailed advice. Even in the current situation, I got a personal appointment with my preferred advisor promptly (within two to three days). After the appointment he also found the time to exchange a few personal words with me. Thanks. I feel very well looked after there.

For the employees there, it must be a life's work to answer the phone, for days you have only been in the queue, although you only have one question to clarify, just a cheek. Fortunately, I only have funding that will expire this year. With this great customer service, I don't want to know how lost you feel when you also have a bank account there and problems arise.
