I've never met such an unfriendly and unprofessional Sparkasse employee, the old, short-haired lady has absolutely no desire for her job anymore, you can tell and this branch suffers from it. That was definitely the last time I visited this branch.

I was at the counter because I had asked for a slip for my employer to fill out. I was with Mr. Brümmer as I was the day before. I only wanted to ask Mr. Brümmer where on the slip the employer should fill out what because the slip was actually for maintenance. The gentleman waved his ballpoint pen around on the sheet of paper and I was allowed to listen to sentences like: I told you that yesterday ... or something like: I don't know where the employer should fill out what ... Customer service equal to 6! Something unfriendly, the gentleman, I felt completely out of place as a customer.
