Appointments are made very quickly (the next day), friendly welcome with drinks. Nice and open atmosphere during the conversation, technical information clearly presented and explained in an understandable way on request. Always happy to come back to Mr. Giering, but also all of the other colleagues in the branch, were friendly and courteous. Covid-19 hygiene measures were observed by all employees and at the beginning of the visit by Mr. Giering explains. I found it very good!

Although my concern was more in the head office or in the branch where my mother lives 600 km away, the employees in the Lübeck branch looked after my concerns best. And that despite the fact that it was about account closures, so no future business is expected. 5 stars from me - and thank you very much

I have been a customer of Santander Bank Lübeck for 2 years and feel very well and competently looked after. All my concerns are always dealt with immediately and small problems are cleared very quickly. Even during the Corona riots I felt well looked after and advised.
