Wanted to have a concern processed today at the specified opening time. Unfortunately, I was still standing in front of closed doors due to a corona infection of a customer. Understandable. Still annoying because I went there specially. The lady on the phone then replied that it would be much more annoying if they had infected me with Corona ?! Find this statement more than inappropriate and quite unprofessional ...
