One star is ten too many. The machines are constantly broken that you don't pay any business money jan. Every 2 days you drive back and forth to deposit money. Often therefore had to move to Oldesloe. Bank will now be changed. Not recommended for business people.

Great ... The branch in Mönkhofer Weg is permanently closed without prior notice. "You can now find us in the Breiten Str ...." It was a reason for me to switch from Santander Bank to Commerzbank so that I don't have to go to town every time. Now I have the same mess again ...

Again, a deposit is not possible within a few days. (Newly installed) device defective again. This obviously saves on service. Customer support looks different. There are only high fees for everything, no interest paid - where's the equivalent? The peak is to completely shut down the checkout as a bank (!!!) without informing us about the customer beforehand. This also applies to the branch at the train station. Just feel ripped off!
