Frau Dr. Susanne Ruff

A week ago I am having a toothache with Dr. med. Ruff because her practice is near me. Upon entering the practice, I found an empty front desk with a sign on it. Here it was pointed out that you want to go to the waiting room. After half an hour I was told that one looks at my teeth. Another half hour later another employee came and told me that no more patients were being admitted to the practice. I should go back .. but best to my dentist. You have patient admission stop. I did not feel well treated because the tone was accordingly, not friendly.

The entire team was competent and very friendly. They strive to make appointments possible. Short waiting times, appealing ambience. I feel in the practice Dr. Ruff looked after very well
