Nice old school box (former slaughterhouse) All equipment is there what you can imagine. The coach picks up everyone at their individual level and brings their personal touch to the training (we were at the kettlebell Friday) - not just the standard movements that you know from other boxes! There is also a lot of background knowledge about exercises and techniques! The members are very open and there is a real team spirit! When i'm back in town i will be back! Keep it up Christian!

I've been here for two years now. There is nothing better for me. Super box, best community, great coaches and the best head coach. A place where you can leave everyday life behind and just have fun.
