I've been attending Karin's yoga classes since I was 15 weeks pregnant, I feel very good and I feel very good. Karin is very appreciative, empathetic and uses breathing techniques to prepare me for the birth of my child. Hopefully I will be able to attend your courses again quickly after my pregnancy. I can only recommend it!
For 1.5 years I am regularly with Karin for massage. After the first few massages, there has been a noticeable change in my life, I have become more relaxed and this benefits me a great deal in my professional life. Karin pushes points on the body that a masseur has never pressed before and meanwhile no massage (on vacation, for example) does me anything near as good as the ayurvedic one by Karin!
Important is simply the regularity!
I've been doing yoga with Karin for almost 3 years - because it's so great and so good. I also had other teachers, but no one had the feeling of really relaxing. Just beautiful :-) And health "construction sites" are getting better!
Even with the massages, I have only had the best experience, with a few massages, I was very quickly symptom-free.

They ground me in everyday life and ensure a good night's sleep! I always go home full of energy and positive thoughts.
