I am writing this review "on behalf" of my wife. And she would like to give 6 stars for Nayoga - but that is not possible and we limit ourselves to 5 .... So: everything is perfect! In addition (and I can now judge that again) Christiane is a pleasant and nice personality.

The studio is a little hidden in the Engelswisch, on the corner of Engelsgrube, parallel to Kanalstrasse. But if you have found your way there, you can expect a great atmosphere and a studio owner with obviously extensive knowledge, a lot of charisma and humor. Thanks for the great time!

I am an absolute newcomer to yoga and have few opportunities to compare, but I am so excited! Christiane is a fantastic teacher. She radiates total calm and confidence. Your positive energy rubs off immediately. In addition to the asanas, she explains briefly and easily understandable what they are for and what happens in the body. She has good tips, speaks skillfully and excitingly in pictures and at the end of each lesson also manages to create an atmosphere in which you can really relax. The lessons are varied and interesting. The room is perfect for yoga. The old building fabric creates a grounded atmosphere and the entire facility is warm, well thought-out, clear and modern. The materials, such as yoga mats and meditation cushions, are modern, as good as new, pretty and are also functional. I can't think of a single negative point !! You have to do that first. Highly recommended!

I have never experienced yoga like this. Powerful, intense and relaxing ... oh for the older ones among us.

The course offer is a clever mix of different yoga styles, meditation exercises and deep relaxation. Ideal for stressed self-employed! :)
