Never again. A wonderful price board hangs on the house wall. At the very end the note "3 parts € 13.90" (coat or thick jacket = 2 parts) I was looking for bargains. I had 3 jackets that would otherwise cost € 6.80 each. So I took a 30 minute bus ride on myself. Hand in the jackets and have to pay € 21.30. I made the lady aware of the sign outside. She then went out with me, looked at the prices and gave me the following explanation. If you hand in 3 items, a coat or a thick jacket must be included. Aha, I thought. I am satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. However, I was there on Saturday, September 7th, 2018 at exactly 6 p.m. to pick up my pants. However, the employee did not open the door for me so that I can quickly pick up my pants. I can understand that you want to end work on Friday quickly, but I had to fight my way through Lübeck's inner city traffic for an extra 20 minutes and then drive back empty-handed. A pity
