If the years before were satisfied, then outrageously wrong "hourly accounting"! After several attempts to clarify the situation, the hours were corrected reluctantly, but we were also advised to go to another heating specialist in the future. That happens to you here as a customer after years ... without there ever been any problems in advance! Impossible, no relationship of trust! Be careful when calculating the actual hours + driving time !!!

1 1/2 months ago because of a defective Termoelement ... Until the spare part was ordered it took almost 5 weeks (NOT THE DELIVERY TIME). Then the technician was there. He did a good job but broke an expensive glass plate and did not say a word! And he must have noticed, because he took the big pieces with him! And what happens? I think of no evil and kick full pot into a shard. And the lady on the phone just says ... And what should I do now? "can not be" So really once and never again!

With us toilet and sink were renewed. It was done both times top work! Absolutely on time. It was clean and conscientious. This company and its employees, also the telephone consultation, just everything SUPER!
