Aust has already carried out two services in our apartment (repair of a thermal bath, installation of a new thermal bath), which were commissioned by the rental company. Both times the same craftsmen were here and both times it looked terrible in our kitchen afterwards. The first time water ran under the cupboards. We then had to clear out the kitchen (cupboard, refrigerator and worktop) and drain it. A new thermal bath should be installed the second time. This time, after the work, we found remnants of the plaster, which must have come from the wall when the old device was dismantled, in one of the lower cupboards and there was water again here. In addition, an old towel, apparently to catch the water, was stuck between the cupboard and the thermal bath and not removed again (see picture). Both times we were not informed by the craftsmen and were left with the damage.
