Whether the company is good or bad, I can not judge. But that the lady, who answered on 08.10.2019 between 12.30 and 13.00 o'clock on the telephone, has taken me as a possible new customer in first contact any desire for further cooperation, is certain. Examples: On their unclear message with my subsequent question, whether I am connected with the company for heating and plumbing, the answer came "with whom else". On my request of the following description of the heating and my remark "we have district heating, because we save ourselves once before the maintenance of a burner", I had to accept the reproach, I should not teach them, etc, etc. I leave to each one myself to assess whether this company no longer wants to place orders or whether only individual employees are simply self-important.

Have just phoned the flower caster. I could have saved myself. Very unfriendly and incompetent. Probably closed for wealth. Have as requested by the Blumenengießerin me to the company Ziero, many thanks for great service. Steer clear of the company Hochwald above all from the flower caster. She should just water the flowers and not answer the phone. Best regards
